positive attitude...

I realize that I have been kind of down lately in my posts and perhaps it is because I'm just really nervous about the next two months of my life with graduation, finding a job, and possibly moving away (pending whatever job I get). However, with the spring season coming early bringing sunshine and 80 degree weather...it is not hard to find the positive in life.

Nature is so beautiful this time of year. Spring and Fall are definitely my favorite seasons just because of the changes in colors! All the flower blossoms are so pretty!! Plus, I love driving down the streets here in Lawrence when the trees are just starting to get the beginnings of leaves. Tennessee Street is especially beautiful. So driving with the window down and the radio playing a good song...nothing can touch me.

And it's Holy Week! My favorite time of year...spiritual gifts that come from this week are truly special and I just hope that I can put everything that is bothering me behind me for the time being and be able to really live these next seven days.

Behold the Bridegroom comes at midnight, and blessed is the servant whom He shall find watching, and again, unworthy is the servant whom He shall find heedless. Beware, therefore, O my soul, do not be weighed down with sleep, lest you be given up to death and lest you be shut out of the kingdom. But rouse yourself, crying: HOLY, HOLY, HOLY art Thou, O our God!

Through the Theotokos, have mercy on us!

Glory to the Father, and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit.
